Privacy or identifying information
If you believe a case contains identifying information — yours or anyone else's — email us with the case ID (e.g. SC-1234) or the page link. The case is hidden while we review. See the editorial & data integrity policy for how takedowns work.
Corrections
Spotted a factual error in a case or on the site? Send the link and the issue — material corrections are applied with the contributing doctor and reflected in the case history.
Doctors — verification help
Doctors from any country can apply. If your jurisdiction does not have a supported automated register check, your application follows the private manual-review path. If you need help, email us with your specialty, country or territory, and the name of your official medical regulator; do not include patient information or identification documents in email. You can also start again at join as a doctor.

What we cannot answer
We cannot give medical advice, interpret your symptoms, or comment on your treatment — not by email either. If you are unwell, see a clinician; if symptoms are severe or worsening quickly, seek urgent care.

How do I report identifying information?
Email the case ID or page link. We hide the case while reviewing it; do not send identity documents or patient details by ordinary email.
Can SameCase answer a medical question by email?
No. SameCase can handle privacy, corrections, verification help, press and partnerships, but it does not diagnose or give treatment advice.
How can a doctor apply?
Start on the doctor registration page. Identity and professional registration are reviewed as separate steps.
